Holy Trinity Parish and School is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Part-Time IT Support Technician to join our team. This role supports the daily technology needs of our Catholic school and parish community, helping to maintain a reliable and efficient IT environment that supports our mission of faith and education.
Assist with onboarding and tech setup for new hires
Provide ongoing technology support for faculty and staff
Maintain and update OS systems and school devices
Support the use and management of the JMC School Information System
Ensure smooth operation of Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
Troubleshoot and maintain basic tech equipment (e.g., printers, projectors, classroom devices)
Collaborate with administration to ensure data security and proper tech practices
Prior experience in IT support or a related field preferred
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Gmail, etc.)
Familiarity with school management systems; experience with JMC a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and support a faith-based environment
Commitment to the mission and values of a Catholic educational community

Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll, including onboarding of new hires and reconciling employee benefits
Prepare federal and state quarterly payroll reports
Analyze invoices, code expenses to accounts, and process & print vendor checks
Prepare and make bank deposits
Reconcile monthly bank statements
Analyze financial statements
Qualifications:
High School diploma and previous experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
Ability to cultivate employee and volunteer relationships
General math and data entry skills
